Update

Keeping me busy:

1) A buyer wants to buy a Vancouver East side house, budget is 1Million. There are some, you cannot be picky.
2) A renter wants to be a home owner.
3) A new pre-sale project by Concord Pacific at Cambie corridor. A good project, concrete and with A/C. 
    Amenities are great.
