Appeal of Pre-Sale Condos:-

Current Housing Market is quite slow, there are several reasons.
July and August are vacations months. In addition, with all the strong negative policies from government which suppressed against the Housing Market, all the buyers are at " sit and wait " attitude. The sellers would like to sell at Yesterday's or previous year's price per square foot.  There is no way to achieve their expection.

Pre-sale Condos Agents are still working hard to offer a lot good incentives to the buyers:

1. The pre-sale brouchures are full of many attractive pictures,
2. Down Payment can be as low as 10% ( with CMHC approval)
3. Pre-Sale is always giving buyer a good concept of NEW HOME, ( be the first resident in your new   home)
4. New Home warranty: 2-5-10 Years
5.Pre-sale gives buyer "a plan for future" ,
6. Pre-sale gives buyer time to "save money",
7. Upgrades and Customerization: no carpet, all flooring is Hardwood/ Engineering Hardwood, choose the colour package which you prefer, ( Dark or Light)
8. Better Choices: Buyer can choose their floor levels, face direction, balcony ( small or bigger)etc.,
9. Appreciation: Buyer hopes for his/her future condo will go up in price when the Completion Date is near.

Pre-Sale Condos are still keeping it's attraction.
